Post New member and enzo owner needs advice please!
Hello all,

Been lurking here for quite some time, and have to say you guys are an amazing bunch and Enzo, you are an artist my friend. So, after a year of drooling, I have finally purchased an Enzo Subhatch, which I LOVE!!

Anyhow, I bought it second hand via WUS forum, and it did not come with a tool to change straps, so, can anyone tell me where to buy such a tool, and what its called, and around how much to pay. I'm in conus and would like to buy from a reputable store within conus if possible. I noticed watchobsession.co.uk sells such an item, is there anyone else? in the USA prefereably?

Thanks in Advance guys

Hi and welcome! I'm sure you will truly enjoy your subhatch :D

I think all you will need are two 1.4mm (or around that size) flathead screwdrivers, since the subhatch uses screwbars. You can probably get the screwdrivers from any hardware store.

Then all you need to do is stabilize the watch while applying one of the screwdrivers to one side of the screwbar and turning the other side. Just be careful not to slip and scratch the case!

Good luck...I hope that helped!

You guys are awesome! Thank you, I actually realized based on your advice that an old eyeglass repair kit I had laying around would do the trick, and it did. Thanks again...

Now, I just gotta get one of those white dials, amazing...

I just took a hammer and a hacksaw to do it... and you know what... not a ding or a scratch    JUST KIDDING!@!!. You are doing it right. I actually did the same thing (researching strap changes on screw bars and saw some pretty HORRIFIC pictures with scratches on the lugs). With my current enzo, I actually took it to my neighborhood jeweler and had their watchmaker install the new bracelet for me. Guess what? NO SCRATCHES! Congratulations and welcome to the forum (BTW check into a DELAURIAN strap (shane1000 on wus))
